4. Prices and VAT

All prices shown in the webshop are gross prices in Hungarian forint and include 27% Hungarian VAT — the amount payable is never more than the total shown in your cart. 5. Manufacturer of the products

AGIVA is a registered trademark of Kozmotek Pazarlama Kozmetik Ith. Ih. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Istanbul, Türkiye), which also manufactures the products (agiva.com.tr). The AGISS depilation line has its own Hungarian site: agiss.hu.

6. Hosting and technical providers

The site's static content is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The webshop application layer (accounts, orders) runs on Fly.io, Inc. infrastructure. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — card details never reach our systems. Invoicing runs through the Bizonylat service.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please raise any complaint with us first, using the contact details above — we look into every report. If we cannot reach agreement, as a consumer you have the following options:

• Conciliation board (békéltető testület) — a free, simplified procedure for consumer disputes. Based on the seller's registered seat, the Fejér County Conciliation Board has jurisdiction; contact details for all boards are at bekeltetes.hu. We have a duty to cooperate in conciliation board proceedings.
• Consumer protection authority — the consumer protection body of the competent government office: fogyasztovedelem.kormany.hu.
• Court proceedings — you may also enforce your claim in civil litigation.
